Midtown Manhattan kosher delicatessen is seeking a chef or Sous chef to Run the kitchen and front of the house.
Candidate must be fluent in English and be Experienced in all aspects of preparation of Deli meats such as pastrami, corned beef, brisket turkey, appetizers, side dishes soups burgers and other dinner platters, ordering and receiving all goods and supplies. Must be experienced in all aspect of Catering and take away orders
