Brooklyn kosher steakhouse is seeking an experienced and creative Executive Chef to lead our culinary team and elevate our menu to the next level. The ideal candidate is a visionary in the kitchen, capable of curating innovative dishes while maintaining a consistent standard of excellence. They must be passionate about using high-quality ingredients, focused on seasonal and sustainable practices, and skilled in managing and inspiring a team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee all kitchen operations, including menu creation, inventory management, and food preparation.

- Develop and execute seasonal menus that reflect our establishment’s style and meet the highest quality standards.

- Lead, mentor, and train the kitchen team to foster growth and maintain consistency.

- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a fine dining or upscale restaurant.

- Culinary degree or equivalent experience in a high-quality kitchen environment.

- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and positive culture.

- Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to rapidly changing demands.
