Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all kitchen operations, including menu creation, inventory management, and food preparation.
- Develop and execute seasonal menus that reflect our establishment’s style and meet the highest quality standards.
- Lead, mentor, and train the kitchen team to foster growth and maintain consistency.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a fine dining or upscale restaurant.
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience in a high-quality kitchen environment.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and positive culture.
- Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
