Seeking CHEF, LINE COOKS, BARTENDER, BARISTA/SERVERS with the following skills, traits and experience:
-Comfortable with customer facing interactions
-Taking orders from customers and servicing (gelato, pastries, beverages, small savory offering)
-Processing transactions in our POS
-Outgoing, hardworking and dedicated to maintaining a clean and orderly working environment
-Works well under pressure and can handle multi-tasking periodically
-Know how on how to make beverages including: espresso, latte, cappuccino
-Latte Art is a huge plus but not necessary
-Simple pour service to table for wine and beer
-Previous Barista experience at least 1 year
Assisting with stocking and setting up the kitchen stations
-Preparing food including cleaning and cutting the ingredients and cooking main dishes
-Plating prepared foods based on senior chef’s guidance
-Working with servers to ensure that orders are completed according to request and on time
-Ensuring that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulationS
-High School Degree
Compensation is hourly plus tips
You can make upwards of $25 per hour with tips
