11 Parishes Restaurant is looking for a highly dependable and experienced Chef/Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our fusion take-out restaurant, training kitchen and front-of-house staff, and ensuring high-quality food and service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant.
Train cooks to expertly prepare dishes from our fusion menu (Caribbean, Soul Food, BBQ, and Italian).
Step in to cook as needed during peak times.
Train front-of-house staff to maintain excellent customer service.
Ensure all health and safety standards are followed.
Foster a team-oriented work environment.
Requirements:
Proven experience in both cooking and restaurant management.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
A team-oriented attitude with a commitment to reliability and dependability.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
