Leonetta, is an 155 seat Mediterranean Restaurant located in the Murray Hill in Manhattan. We are

currently open for lunch, dinner and serving brunch on the weekends. We are looking for passionate

and talented Line Cooks that have experience with high volume cooking. We are offering competitive

pay in return of being part of something special with the opening of our newly opened restaurant to

round out our team. If you are passionate and excited about food, then please provide your resume

and we will get back to you. Morning & nighttime shifts are available. Full-time & part time positions

are available, must be flexible with schedule. Must be able to work weekends.

Responsibilities:

Set up and stock stations

Prep stations daily

Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff

Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared to our specifications

Report directly to Executive Chef, Chef de Cuisine & Sous Chefs

Clean up stations and take care of leftover food

Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion

Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards

Requirements:

Proven cooking experience in an upscale restaurant

Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures

Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks

Weekend availability a must

Flexibility with scheduling
