We are looking for a shift lead and bartender to support our team. Some weekend availability is a must and experience is a must.
Qualifications-
Hospitable and friendly
Knowledge of cocktails and spirits. You must know all of your classic cocktails, glassware, and have spirit knowledge
Food handlers license (You must obtain one within 90 days of employment if not)
Some knowledge of serving tables is a huge bonus
Mixology knowledge is a plus
Open to constructive feedback
Self led. If you see something not working, communicate and be part of the solution.
Responsibilities:
Inventory
Manages batches
Oversees weekly sidework completion and detailing
Ordering
There is room for growth into beverage director and cocktail creation. The owner is an award winning mixologist who is passionate about education. We would love someone to grow with us.
We host a ton of events and have a great crowd of regulars.
Please have at least 2 years of bartending experience in a bar or restaurant setting.
Pay is $20p/h plus tips when bartending, generous employee discount to all of our locations and option to add health insurance.
Looking for about 35-40 hours a week.
