New Chinese restaurant being developed in GREENWICH, CT is seeking a Consulting Executive chef to assist in the kitchen design/layout. This position could develop into being the Full-Time executive chef for the restaurant.
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications/experience:
designing new kitchens, developing menus, and improving operational efficiency for new and existing establishments. For this project, experience with developing a Chinese/Asian Fusion kitchen is required.
Experience as an executive chef, sous chef, or chef-owner of a Chinese/Asian Fusion required.
knowledge of design software like AutoCAD and 2020 Design can be a significant advantage.
Consultants must have expertise in cost management, budgeting, and project management to ensure project is cost effective with optimal functionality and completed on schedule.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
