Position Overview:
Russo’s Hospitality Group is seeking a skilled part-time Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate should be someone with at least 2-3 years of experience working as a cook, in a catering or restaurant setting. The individual should be detailed oriented and have the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Responsibilities Include:
Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and standards
Ensure that all food items are prepared and presented with attention to detail
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
Work well with team members to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
Qualifications:
Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food handling procedures
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Job: Part-Time
Schedule: 3 to 4 days a week (includes week days, weekends, holidays)
Time: 3pm to 11pm (approximately)
Salary: $22-$23 per hour (commensurate with experience)
Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk up and down stairs the entire shift 6+ hours. Fast pace Kitchen work environment.
