Blossom’s Souo food Fusion is a restaurant known for its delicious soul food fusion, creative cocktails and cozy vibe. We are seeking talented and versatile individuals to join our team, someone who is ready to wear multiple hats and contributes to all aspects of front and back of the house operation. This is a hands on position requiring can-do attitude and passion for great service.
Responsibilities
As part of our team, you will be responsible for:
As a Cook: Preparing delicious food according to our recipes, maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen, and working collaboratively with the team during busy shifts.
As a Server: Greeting and seating guests, taking food and drink orders with accuracy, and providing a positive dining experience, do side work and inventory
As a Bartender: Crafting and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, managing the bar inventory, and engaging with bar patrons.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a food service or restaurant setting (experience in all three roles is a plus but not required—we will train the right candidate).
Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Must be a team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Relevant food handler's and/or alcohol service certifications are a plus.
