We are seeking an experienced Corporate Chef Consultant to support our team in developing and refining our culinary operations. This role is ideal for a dynamic and results-driven professional with a deep knowledge of Greek cuisine, new restaurant openings (NROs), and recipe and system development.
The ideal candidate will play a critical role in building consistency, optimizing kitchen systems, and training staff to ensure operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and refine authentic Greek recipes, ensuring high-quality standards and flavor consistency.
Document recipes including prep lists, ingredient specifications, and step-by-step procedures.
Conduct costing and pricing analyses to maintain profitability while ensuring menu competitiveness.
Lead and assist in new restaurant openings (NROs), establishing kitchen processes, workflows, and operational standards.
Implement and streamline kitchen systems to enhance efficiency, consistency, and overall execution.
Train and coach kitchen staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and excellence.
Collaborate with management and owners to maintain brand identity and quality standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
Proven experience as a Corporate Chef, Executive Chef, or Chef Consultant, with a strong background in Greek cuisine.
Hands-on experience with new restaurant openings (NROs), including kitchen setup, hiring, and training.
Expertise in recipe development, documentation, costing, and pricing.
Strong ability to build and implement kitchen systems that improve efficiency and consistency.
Excellent leadership, training, and coaching skills to mentor culinary teams effectively.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
