We are seeking a self-motivated and customer-focused counter person/cashier to join our team!
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and approachable demeanor, and a strong attention to detail. As the face of our pizzeria, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, accurately processing orders, and ensuring a seamless dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient service.
- Accurately process customer orders and payments.
- Handle cash and card transactions efficiently and responsibly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with food preparation and packaging as needed.
- Answer customer questions about the menu and provide recommendations.
- Work closely with the kitchen and management to ensure perfect execution of orders.
- Uphold food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role (e.g., cashier, customer service) preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to work Monday to Friday with weekends off.
