Requirements:
fluent English speaking
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and consistency
Team-oriented mindset with great communication and customer service skills
Ability to stay efficient and tidy in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of NYC health department regulations and sanitation practices
Reliable, punctual, and able to perform with urgency
Passion for great food, hospitality, and guest experience
Bonus Qualifications:
NYC Food Handler’s Permit
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
