Mia’s Bakery is hiring Counter Associates for our Upper East Side location!
We’re looking for energetic, responsible individuals with great customer service skills to join our team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for desserts and hospitality, we’d love to meet you.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting customers and taking orders with accuracy and warmth
Packing desserts and cakes with care
Operating the POS system (training provided)
Maintaining a clean and organized counter area
Assisting with restocking and light cleaning tasks
Requirements:
Positive attitude and professional appearance
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented
Weekend and evening availability required
Prior customer service or food service experience is a plus, but not required
Compensation: hourly pay + tips
