Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently clean, wash, and sanitize all kitchenware and utensils, along with kitchen equipment.
Keep the kitchen and dining spaces neat, including sweeping and mopping.
Manage waste disposal and recycling according to standards.
Support the team with the orderly receipt and storage of supplies.
Uphold the kitchen and storage areas’ cleanliness and systematic organization.
Adhere to all health and safety standards and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications:
Team player with a knack for maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Effective communicator.
Physically capable of lifting and moving heavy items.
Availability for flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Schedule:
Monday - Brooklyn Heights location: 8am-6pm
Tuesday/Wednesday: OFF
Thursday/Friday: East Williamsburg location: 8:30am-4:30pm
Saturday: East Williamsburg location: 10am-2pm
Sunday - Brooklyn Heights location: 7am-5pm
