Job Details: Björk Cafe & Bistro New York, NY is looking for one porter/dishwasher to join our team. We are located at 58 Park Avenue, NY, NY 10016. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and engaged.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Follows daily cleaning list as assigned by Manager
Performs basic organizing and cleaning requirment around the kitchen
Restocks items that were depleted during the shift
Manages proper storing temperatures according to DOH regulations
Follows proper cleaning procedures according to DOH regulations
Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots or pans using dishwashers or by hand
Maintain a clean and tidy work area
REQUIREMENTS
Proven working experience as a dishwasher- porter
Understanding of hygiene and food safety rules
Multi-tasking abilities
High integrity with a great attendance record
Ability to listen and communicate effectively
Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced work environment with co worker and guests
Must Be Legal to work in the US to apply.
- We are holding open interviews Monday-Friday between 2pm-5pm at 58 Park Ave, located between 37th and 38th Street and park avenue.
