Requirements
Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to work in a high-volume restaurant environment
Strong work ethic and attention to cleanliness
Ability to work efficiently and stay organized during busy services
Team-oriented, dependable, and punctual
Responsibilities
Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, cookware, and kitchen equipment
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dish station and kitchen areas
Assist with trash removal and basic cleaning duties
Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
Support kitchen team as needed during service
