Our Wine bar is looking for Dishwasher, able to handle a busy kitchen and keep things organized in a small space. The position is for our location in Brooklyn
The dishwasher performs all duties related to dishwashing and maintaining general cleanliness of the Restaurant area, both back of house and customer area. The shift is divided into two parts: washing dishes for the restaurant, cleaning the kitchen and seating area after customers leave.
The position is full time: 6pm-4am Wednesday-Saturday
Responsibilities include:
Washing / drying / putting away dishes
Sweeping, mopping
Organizing trash areas and dish area
Organizing storage areas
Taking out the trash end of day
Working quickly and efficiently
Active communication
Assisting with some kitchen tasks
Required Documents:
Valid State ID/US Passport
Social Security Card
