DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen, work areas, equipment, and utensils in orderly and sanitary condition.
Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in dishwashing equipment.
Washes pots, pans, and trays; polishes silver using assigned procedures.
Ensures compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
Sweeps and mops kitchen floors; washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, and other food prep surfaces.
Removes trash and places it in designated containers; steam cleans or hoses out garbage cans.
Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
Performs other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
Previous dishwashing experience is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
Schedule: Part-time; days and hours may vary.
