The Brooklyn Firefly is a locally loved restaurant in Bay Ridge, known for our artisanal pizzas, craft cocktails and community-driven atmosphere. We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking Dishwasher to join our kitchen team on weekends. Shifts available on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Responsibilities:
Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, pots and utensils quickly and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area and kitchen
Assist with basic kitchen cleaning and closing tasks
Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
Requirements:
Available to work Saturday and Sunday shifts
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Dependable and punctual
Able to work on the books.
