Pisticci Restaurant is a NYC icon, delivering memorable life events and great Italian food on the Upper West Side for over 20 years. Located near some of NYC’s top educational and cultural institutions, we host everything from world leaders to first birthdays, and we’re looking to expand our business further into weddings and corporate events.
WHO YOU ARE
You are an experienced hospitality professional who understands the art of making magical moments, as well as the importance of dotting I’s and crossing T’s. You like to share your passion with staff and customers, and you are confident in your ability to handle unexpected situations and pivot with grace and style.
A typical week with us will generally toggle you between office time to build and maintain our private events, and floor time to get to know our regulars, manage a shift, and work seamlessly with our staff. This is a full-time salaried position, generally requiring 40-50 hours per week.

Benefits include healthcare, 401k, paid leave, two consecutive days off per week, and shift meals. Position is full time and pay is commensurate with experience, starting at $65k with room for growth, and commission opportunities in our events business. Pisticci hires diverse backgrounds and experience levels, and we are willing to train the right person if their focus and their vision are a match.
