Suite and Savory LLC is seeking a talented and reliable Barista to join our growing café and event operations at 2 Park Avenue. This is a dynamic role for someone who loves great coffee, excellent service, and the energy of both a bustling café and private events.
What You’ll Do:
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso, and tea beverages.
Assist with café setup, daily operations, and guest service.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring compliance with NYC Health Department standards.
Support private conferences and special events hosted at 2 Park Avenue (paid at $30/hour).
Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
What We’re Looking For:
Prior barista or café experience preferred.
Knowledge of NYC health laws and compliance requirements.
Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Availability for a flexible, part-time schedule, including occasional evening or weekend events.
A NYC Food Handler’s Card is a plus.
Compensation:
Café shifts: $18/hour + Tips
Private events: $30/hour
