Events Administrator

Position Overview:

The Events Administrator will execute all event needs for all Tuxedo Hospitality Brands (Chinese Tuxedo, Opera House, The Tyger and Soso’s). Under the supervision of the Operating Partner, Managing Director and Events Manager, this role will support the entire Event Lifecycle from responding to leads, printing menus to day-of execution.

Job Responsibilities:

Respond to event inquiries across platforms and follow up with clients in the schedule set by the Events Manager

Produce and print event materials like menus, BEOs, floor plans, etc.

Support on-site event management like furniture removals and vendor setup or strike to preparing and distributing event information to relevant departments

Ensure all event equipment is transported, stored and returned to HQ and requisite par levels are maintained

Maintain accurate client and event data across our various platforms like Tripleseat and Resy

Any and all other administrative task needed.

Assist in planning experiential brand marketing opportunities for Tuxedo Hospitality, including but not limited to in person offsite events

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing and/or communications preferred

Must possess strong presentation skills

Excellent writing and organization skills

Proven ability to work independently with limited direction

Detail oriented, self-starter with a high level of accuracy

Ability to handle multiple projects and work efficiently and effectively

Demonstrates adaptability and agility in dynamic environments, with a proven track record of pivoting strategies swiftly in response to changing circumstances
