Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact and manage all communications on behalf of Chef
- Organize and set daily agendas, as well as maintain the calendar for daily meetings
- Coordinate and participate in planning and executing photo shoots
- Oversee and manage social media projects
- Conduct thorough research on various topics as needed
- Assist in interviewing potential candidates for various roles
- Plan and participate in high-profile meetings
- Translate recipes and notes into software format for documentation
- Serve as a liaison between kitchen teams, marketing vendors, and other stakeholders
- Lead by example, demonstrate humility and kindness, communicate effectively, and tackle all tasks with equal importance
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in basic culinary terminology
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Sense of humor and positive attitude
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
