We are seeking a culinary leader who has a proven history of running high quality restaurants or hotels preferably in high volume production of fresh, scratch food.
The ideal candidate for Executive Chef will be a dynamic leader who excels in driving results, developing others around them and creating an inclusive culture. This individual will be passionate about serving exceptional food with a deep level of understanding for cooking technique.

Strong communication and organizational skills to lead a high-volume restaurant
In addition to advanced culinary skills the Executive Chef must have experience in cost controls and take full ownership and responsibility for all culinary operations.

This individual must have a healthy progression from Sous Chef to Executive Chef over the past 6 years. Must have at least 3 years experience as an Executive Chef including a background of at least 2-3 years experience as Executive Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine.
