Job Opening: Baker
We are looking for an experienced bench worker / baker to join our team. This is a hands-on position requiring strong technical skills and consistency in a fast-paced bakery environment.
Requirements:
Experience is a must — minimum 1 year in a professional bakery setting
Must be familiar with making doughnuts, coffee cakes, cookies, brownies, muffins
Must be proficient in using a scale (metric system) for accurate production
Must know how to operate an oven
Ability to work 5–6 days per week
Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
Strong understanding of bakery processes and consistency in results
Schedule:
5 or 6 days a week (including early mornings and Saturdays as needed) MOST SUNDAYS OFF
