Millie's is looking for an experienced barista and a counter person. We are a high volume cafe with a loyal customer base who expects quality and consistency in all the products we serve.
Duties
Prepare espresso drinks and other beverages with speed and precision
Greet customers, take orders accurately, and process transactions using a POS system
Manage pastry and cake orders — in person, by phone, and for online pickups
Keep your station clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times
Restock milk, cups, pastry items, and other supplies as needed
Maintain professionalism and hospitality even during busy periods
What We’re Looking For:
1+ year experience as a barista and/or counter service professional
Strong multitasking skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
Fast, clean, and detail-oriented behind the bar
Able to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Food Handlers Certificate is a plus.
