NEW UWS Restaurant Looking for an Experienced Bartender/Server
One of the best new restaurants on the Upper West Side is seeking dedicated and experienced bartenders and servers to join our team. If you love making drinks and have a passion for hospitality and exceptional service, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities include:
Bartending skills:
- Extensive wine, cocktail and spirits knowledge.
- Engaging and charming ability to greet and connect with guests.
- Maintaining inventory of wine, spirits, beer, garnishes and supplies.
Server Skills:
- Take customer orders and provide detailed information on menu items.
- Ensure timely input and accurate delivery of food and beverages.
- Maintain a friendly and attentive demeanor to enhance the overall dining experience.
Table Maintenance:
- Set up tables with proper settings for lunch and brunch service.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently and quickly.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
Menu Knowledgeable
- Demonstrate knowledge of menu items.
- Answer customer questions and provide recommendations.
Collaboration
- Work collaboratively with fellow servers, FOH staff, BOH kitchen staff & management to ensure smooth operation.
Requirements:
- 3 years experience as a bartender or server
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Basic knowledge of wine and spirits
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
