Established Brooklyn bar lounge seeking experienced cook.
EXPERIENCE: We are looking for an individual to assist us in developing our food program.
Previous experience necessary. Must be a proactive self starter. Basic Knife skills, must speak & fully understand English.
Ideal applicant will have flexible schedule must be able to work weekends & holidays.
Ideal candidate:
- Food Handler Certification required
- Great attention to detail, customer service oriented
- Experience working in a high volume capacity
- Very reliable and always on time to all shifts
- Understanding of safe food handling and sanitation procedures
- Flexible schedule
- Professional demeanor, polished appearance with the ability to exceed our guests' expectations
- Sense of urgency, quick and savvy
- Ability to move gracefully, and efficiently
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
