Fine Dining restaurant seeking a Experienced Fine Dining Floor Manager to work various shifts.
You must have:
At least 3 years working as a upscale floor manager.
Fine Dining Manager Experience is a must
3 years of upscale fine dining experience in NYC.
Be a natural communicator and enjoy engaging the customer.
Be a quick learner and computer savvy. Taking notes is the key to success.
How tables are set.
Have an eye for detail is a must as is training experience and a positive attitude under busy and quickly changing conditions.
Ability to work with Microns & Opentable.
Ability to manage staff.
Flexibility is essential.
