Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards.
Perform prep work such as chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and marinating meats.
Ensure the highest quality and presentation of food before it leaves the kitchen.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper storage of ingredients.
Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during service.
Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a line cook and/or prep cook.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
Knowledge of Asian cuisine and flavors is a plus.
