New American restaurant located on the upper west side is seeking to hire line cooks and prep cooks.
Qualifications:
-At least 3 to 5 years experience in full service kitchen. Must have great knife skills, good speed, clean working habits, very organized, good communication, passionate about cooking/food.
-Must be able to read recipes, to take direction, as well as work independently.
-Positive attitude, and must be able to work in a team environment, flexible schedule. Looking to hire cooks that are looking to grow with a new restaurant group. This is a full time position cooking on line as well as prepping for service.
