Position Summary:
We’re looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is passionate about cooking, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has strong attention to detail. You’ll be responsible for executing menu items according to our recipes and standards while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient station.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items to order in a timely and consistent manner
Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies before service
Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications
Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station and kitchen area
Assist with inventory, prep work, and daily cleaning tasks
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
Uphold food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience as a line cook or similar role in a high-volume kitchen
Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment, knife skills, and cooking techniques
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Team player with excellent communication and time management skills
