Line cooks need to be able to handle quick paced environments. Need to understand how to read and expedite tickets. Need to be aware of allergy concerns. Needs to be bi-lingual.
Bakers need to understand how to read and execute on recipes. All of our baked goods are gluten free. Needs to be able to produce mass quantities of baked goods.
