INATTESO is a modern Italian restaurant seeking experienced and motivated lead line cooks and experienced dish washers/delivery persons. Two years fine dining experience, or experience in equivalently reputable restaurants preferred. Experience in Italian cuisine a plus. AM and PM shifts available. Hoping to find hard working, energetic individuals interested in learning multiple stations. Weekend availability is a must. Competitive hourly wages will be based on experience, speed, cleanliness, and general culinary knowledge.
Typical duties involve:
-preparation and fabrication of fish, meat, vegetables
-preparation of ragus, stocks, sauces, soup, fresh pastas
-working roast, pasta, pizza, garde manger stations during service
