Extremely busy UWS restaurant desires experienced, energetic, outgoing individual with high level of discretion (establishment frequently visited by celebrities). Our Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing our FOH & BOH teams; ensuring high standards of service are followed at all at all levels to create memorable guest experience.
This manager should have a strong working knowledge of health and safety protocols and Food Handlers License is ideal. The candidate will be an experienced food and beverage leader with strong organizational, follow up, technical and operational troubleshooting skills.

Plan weekly schedules while successfully balance staffing requirements to the needs of the business and considering financial objectives.
Be able to stand for long periods of time, be available nights, weekends and Holidays.
2-3 years of restaurant management experience or more. Must be open to learning!
$60K to $90K+ depending on experience.
