Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated, customer-oriented Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, attentive to detail, and has a strong work ethic. As a server at The Flatiron Room, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service, ensuring a memorable dining experience for each guest.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and provide a high level of hospitality.
Take food and beverage orders, making recommendations as necessary.
Have strong knowledge of the menu, including whiskey and spirits offerings.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate orders.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Process payments and handle transactions accurately.
Assist in setting up and breaking down the dining area as needed.
Adhere to health and safety standards.
Qualifications:
Previous serving experience in an upscale or high-volume restaurant preferred.
Strong knowledge or interest in whiskey, spirits, and fine dining.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
