Looking for an experienced prep cook for a high-end, fast-paced, well-established Italian fine dining restaurant in midtown.
Hours are Tuesday - Friday 9 am-3 pm.
You will be in charge of the kitchen from receiving deliveries to checking the product.
You must be able to: debone a whole chicken; clean and debone whole fish; and make traditional sauces - marinara, broths, and stocks.
Minimum of 3 years experience in Italian cuisine.
Must have legal work status.
Pay will vary on experience, but the range is $23-25/hour.
