The Marshal, a small, farm-to-table wood fired restaurant in Hell's Kitchen, is seeking a full time server for a mix of lunch, brunch, and dinner shifts. The required schedule is Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday 10am-4pm, and Sunday 10am-8pm. This new hire will also have the opportunity to pick up additional shifts from other staff on an as-needed basis, if available. Training will take place over two weeks and then the aforementioned schedule will the the new hire's responsibility.
The Marshal has been a mainstay of Hell's Kitchen for over a decade, with a mix of loyal regular customers and tourists, and most of our staff has been with us for years. We're looking for the perfect fit for our small team, so in addition to your resume, please tell us why you would like to work in a small, locally sourced restaurant. We provide a week paid vacation, sick leave, and family leave. Tips are not pooled, and we currently pay tipped employees $16 per hour in addition to their tips.
