Job Description:

As a bartender or server, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting memorable moments for our patrons during live music events, private parties, and special occasions.
Key Responsibilities:
-Provide friendly and attentive service to guests seated throughout the venue
-Craft a variety of cocktails, including classics and house specialties, with skill and precision
-Provide friendly and attentive service to guests both at the bar and throughout the venue
-Maintain a well-stocked bar inventory and uphold proper storage and rotation practices.
-Engage with guests to recommend food and drinks; offer insights into our diverse food and beverage offerings
-Collaborate effectively with servers, bartenders, runners, bar backs, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless guest experiences
-Uphold cleanliness and organization standards in the bar area, including strict adherence to sanitation protocols
-Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently
-Demonstrate a commitment to responsible alcohol service and compliance with all regulations
Requirements:
-Minimum 2 years of bartending or serving experience in a high-volume bar or entertainment venue
-Extensive knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktail recipes and mixology techniques.
-Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively multitask.
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
-Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
