FESTIVÁL is HIRING
We are looking for a solid head bartender with 5+yrs fine dining experience. Shifts are Tuesday - Saturday (4pm-12midnight) full time 40hrs. Must thrive in a busy cafe style bar and have a keen attention to detail and beverage program. Plus bonus for extra event based work. $15pr hr + $2k week tips estimated + bones event pay
Responsibilities.
- Managing the bar
- Prepping, batching, and inventory
- Training any new team members on the beverage program
- Working with the Mixologist/Owner on menu creation and adaptation
