NYT Critically acclaimed, Michelin-Starred restaurant serving French New American is seeking experienced, knowledgeable and enthusiastic captains, back servers and runners.
We seek candidates with fine dining experience and excellent interpersonal skills, as well as a proven dedication to both the art and business of hospitality. Must be able to multi task and pay attention to details. Ideal candidates will have a good personality, knowledge of food, and ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Candidates must have at least two years NYC experience with full availability to be considered.
CAPTAIN's responsibility is to serve guests in an accommodating and professional manner and to ensure total guest satisfaction. The captain is responsible for a specific station and should always be present on the floor making sure that service runs smoothly.
The captain will not only be knowledgeable and passionate about food, wine, and service in general, they will also possess a commanding knowledge of the food, wine, and service. French & Japanese cuisine and French/Italian wines and sake knowledge required.
He/she will be the main personal contact and ambassador to guide guests through their meal.
BACK SERVER/ RUNNER:
Candidates must have at least two years NYC fine-dining experience as a server or runner with full availability to be considered.
