Upscale Fine Dining Restaurant is Hiring Floor Manager and Food&Beverage Manager
Hands on high-volume restaurant is looking for a leader with service skills, wine knowledge. A person who is organized and motivated is what we need!

Our Ideal Candidate will be:
-Responsible for organizing, managing, and coordinating all of the daily functions within their department, as well as the staff members who carry out these functions.
-Monitoring the service of food and drinks to customers
-Knowledgeable of labor laws and health compliance regulations, customer satisfaction
-Capable of handling sudden situations that arise, such as staff or customer complaints, inventory, staff members.
-Must have 5 Years prior fine dining experience, guest relations and customer service experience.
-Experienced with Open Table and be able to manage a front desk as well
-Flexible and comfortable in a variety of positions in a high volume environment
Must have a Big Smile and Great Sense of Humor!
The ideal candidates must possess in depth knowledge about Food & Beverage in addition to superior customer relations skills. Excellent communication is essential to build a rapport with guests and ability to lead a team.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
-Able to communicate clearly and possess a good command of verbal and written English.
-Excellent Customer Service Skills and ability to understand and respond to individual guests needs and requirements.
-A genuine interest and understanding in food and drink wine and cocktail knowledge is essential.
-Exceptional communication and representational skills.
-Problem solving skills, attention to details
-Ability to think on your feet and under pressure whilst maintaining a positive outlook and attention to detail.
-Able to organize time effectively, forward plan and prioritize tasks to ensure work load is balanced and urgent situations are dealt with immediately - ability to multitask.
-Ability to work as part of a small team and independently and use initiative.
