EXPERIENCED FOH PERSON – AM OPENING SHIFT (Brooklyn)

We’re hiring a dependable FOH person to join our small but mighty team at a neighborhood sandwich shop in Brooklyn. This role is for our morning opening shift — ideal for someone who’s very friendly, consistent, efficient, and ready to start the day with purpose.
Responsibilities:
Open the dining room and cafe Tuesday through Friday starting at 7 am
Greet and engage customers in a warm and upbeat way
Upsell food and beverage items
Maintain a clean and organized station, dining room, retail shelves, and keep beverage cooler restocked
Represent our hospitality-first approach with pride
Maintain quality in drinks and service
Maintain accuracy in handling orders for both diners and drivers

Opened in August 2024, we’re an elevated sandwich shop focused on quality ingredients and genuine customer connection. We rely on our regulars, neighborhood foot-traffic, and online orders. A great attitude, a consistent pace, and an organized habit, all go a long way.
Requirements:
PUNCTUAL & RELIABLE A MUST
Prior barista or serving experience and cashier experience (1+ year preferred)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Passion for food, drink, and community
NYC DOH Card a plus!
Schedule & Pay:
Morning opening shift (7 am to 1 pm, Tuesday - Friday)
24+ hours/week (4-5 shifts/week)
$11.50-14/hr base + tips (depending on experience)
