We are a BUSY fine-dining Upper West Side restaurant with 41 years of history seeking candidates for immediate hire. Open availability is a must. FULL availability on both Saturday AND Sunday required. No exceptions.
Only hiring for a full-time position. Must be flexible as there may be a few shifts assigned as busser while starting. Prior experience in fine dining is preferred. All candidates applying should have at least two years of NYC serving experience, a thirst for knowledge, be dedicated and consistent employees, and embody the principles of hospitality. Runners are expected to have a full working knowledge of the menu, hence their higher tip out in our tip pool.
Fluency in English, friendliness, speed, grooming, politeness, flexibility, and teamwork are essential qualities. Multitasking, quick memorization, and detail-oriented service are necessary attributes. A genuine sense of joy is highly valued.
