Job Title: Packaging Associate
Location: Middle Village, NY
Compensation: $18.00/hour + Overtime (1.5x pay)
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week + overtime as needed

Position Overview:
The Packaging Associate is responsible for safely and accurately packaging food products, maintaining a clean work environment, and adhering to all food safety and health regulations. This role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Package food products according to company standards and customer requirements.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Follow all Department of Health, food safety, and sanitation guidelines.
Operate within company safety policies and procedures.
Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Assist with other warehouse/production tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to provide documentation (including I-9 verification).
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Must be reliable and punctual.
Prior experience in food service, manufacturing, or packaging is a plus but not required.
Compensation & Benefits:
$18.00 per hour starting pay.
Overtime available at 1.5x pay rate.
