Food preparation and table service:
Responsible for receiving and waiting on customers, pouring and serving drinks, clearing and sanitizing tables, answering telephones. Must be willing to perform additional duties to facilitate the restaurant's operations, as needed.
Food prep: wash, cut, chop and mix ingredients, and prepare dishes to specification of the order. Use ovens, grills, meat slicers, and other commercial cooking equipment.
Must be highly organized with excellent communication and customer service skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure. Must be able to work weekends (morning and evenings) and holidays. Some weekdays may become available.
