Foxface Natural is a recently-opened, 3-star NYT awarded intimate fine-dining restaurant in the East Village. We pride ourselves on our unique sourcing, frequently changing menu and constant attention to detail.
We’re expanding our team and are looking for a Prep/Line Cook to join our small team. Full time salaried preferred, but Part time/hourly possible.
Line cook responsibilities include:
-Prepare mise en place, cook and assemble dishes as indicated by recipes
-Set up their respective stations in a timely manner
-Maintain a clean work station area and uphold organizational standards
-Learn and master all stations in the kitchen
-Know and uphold DOH standards
-Maintain a positive attitude in the workplace, with a willingness to follow directions
-Communicate clearly and effectively
