Fritz is a 1920s Berlin-inspired cocktail bar in Fort Greene, Brooklyn created by Ayana and Tobias, the German couple behind the popular Black Forest Brooklyn restaurants. Teamwork is everything to us. Everyone is cross-trained to understand best what teammates are doing. We believe this way we have the happiest and most effective team. We have signature and Classic Cocktails accompanied by small share plates.
We are looking to hire experienced and friendly Bartender Captains that are:
- Very self-driven
- Can arrive to work in a great mood, on time every day
- Can use daily checklists
- Has experience with high volume service in NYC
- Has experience anticipating guests' needs before they arise
- Can communicate effectively in English
- Is legal to work in the U.S.
