We are seeking a Front Desk Agent position who will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services to all guests approaching the reception desk in accordance with the hotel's standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in a boutique setting, with guest-facing customer service and excellent email etiquette. You will also have expertise in providing flawless, professional guest service experiences, and strong, thorough communication skills.
Schedule: All shifts (AM, PM, Overnight - variable) including weekends and holidays.
Requirements: Authorization to work in the United States, Fluent English language skills, Customer service experience, Flexibility to work according to schedule, Ability to work alone during shift ,Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a similar role (not necessarily in a hotel setting) , Strong communication and problem-solving skills Salary: $20- $23 per hour (depending on experience) hourly rate , Opportunities for growth and development, Training provided (no hotel experience necessary)
