A fast-casual Japanese sushi roll shop near the Brooklyn Museum/Prospect Heights is looking for front-of-house staff.

We are a Japanese-owned, counter-service sushi roll shop in Brooklyn. Committed to authentic Japanese cuisine, Silver Rice adds a unique twist to traditional sushi rolls, chirashi bowls, and beverages. Our restaurant is a go-to spot for anyone seeking high-quality sushi in a welcoming atmosphere.
(Ideal Candidates Should Be:)
-Hardworking and detail-oriented
-Team players with a positive attitude
-Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
-Punctual and reliable
-Consistent in completing assigned daily tasks
-Knowledgeable about sanitation and health code regulations in the food industry
-Fluent in English
-Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
(Preferred Qualifications:)
-Food Protection Certificate
-Knowledge of Japanese cuisine and culture
-Weekend availability
(Work Schedule)
-3-4 days per week, including weekends
Saturdays: Dinner shift (3:30 PM – 10:00 PM)
Sundays: Dinner shift (3:30 PM – 10:00 PM)
Plus 1-2 weekday dinner shifts (3:30 PM – 10:00 PM) (to be discussed)
Weekend availability is required.
